FAQ
Quick answers to the practical questions shoppers ask before ordering.
When will my order arrive?
We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 13 days. Our products are sent directly from our supply partners abroad, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic parcel. Each product page shows the estimate for that item.
Where do you deliver?
The United States, Australia and New Zealand.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over $35.00. Below that, it is a flat $4.95 per order in the United States and $6.95 in Australia and New Zealand, however many items you add.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
In most cases, no. Our parcels are sent from abroad, so the customs authority in your country can apply an import duty or tax. If it does, that charge is payable by the recipient and we are not able to refund it.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order is tracked. You receive the tracking link by email when the order is dispatched. A new tracking number can take a few days to show its first update.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Different products can come from different supply partners, so they travel separately. You only pay one delivery fee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the code in the coupon field in your cart or at checkout. One code per order.
Can I return something?
You never have to post anything back. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, or does not arrive, tell us within 30 days with a photo and we replace or refund it. You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched; after that we do not refund a change of mind. The full policy is on our Returns & refunds page.
Are the stones and crystals natural?
Each product page says what the piece is made of, and says so plainly when a stone is man-made or glass. Natural stones vary in colour, pattern and shape, so your piece will not be identical to the photo.
Do crystals and charms really work?
The meanings we mention come from folklore and tradition, and we share them because they are part of the pleasure. They are not medical, financial or any other kind of advice, and we do not promise any effect.
Is the jewellery solid silver or gold?
No, unless a product page says so. Our jewellery is fashion jewellery: plated or coloured metal, stainless steel, natural stone, glass or resin. Keep it dry and away from perfume so the finish lasts.
Are your products suitable for children?
Our products are made for adults. Many contain small parts, glass or pointed stones, so please keep them away from young children.
Who is behind Shiny Goodz?
