These terms apply when you buy goods from Shiny Goods. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to use the selected payment method.

Contract and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. Prices, delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you submit payment.

Availability and cancellation

We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, pricing contains an obvious error, or fulfilment is not possible. Any payment already taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
