What if something is wrong?
You never have to post anything back. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, send us a photo within 30 days and we replace or refund it. You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched; after that we do not refund a change of mind.
Will mine look like the photos?
The photos show the product you receive. Natural stones and hand-finished pieces vary a little in colour, pattern and shape, so no two are identical.
How can I pay?
